The next best guys are doing thier utmost but they are not capable of doing the job at the NFL level. The owners need to start getting talks going or more and more games will get decided by the umpires instead of by the players.

UMPIRES? Never mind the four judges , the head linesman or the head of the officiating crew, the referee. Baseball has four umpires, football has only one. Anyone who's ever seen a football game or knows ANYTHING about football, would NEVER make such a mistake.

Thank you for resonding so quickly. I did read the pinned thread but the question of monopolization and manipulation in the threads came up and there was no clarification.

I'm a new member here so I'm not sure about how things work. My motto is to read twice and ask once but here goes, my questions concern the Off-Topic forum. I spend most of my time here in other forums but occasionally go to play in the game threads. Lately I've noticed that one poster has been posting up a storm in just about every thread and frequently posts after himself in almost all the threads. I tried to post in one of the game threads but changed my mind since I wasn't sure if I was allowed to since I am new here and there might be some rule that I don't know. Most boards have rules against post jumping or commandeering of a forum or thread by one poster unless someone pays to be premium member or has a certain number of posts.. I can't seem to find any reference to a fee structure, so could someone please clear this up? I spend a great deal of reading other poster's stories but I couldn't find anything about this.

I have never felt the need to embarrass myself by posting in every single thread in Off Topic for the last 22 pages.

Joining The United States Marine Corps or any branch of the armed services is no joke. Boot Camp requires a serious commitment as does the rest of your time in the service. It's called service for a reason. PT isn't fun if you'd rather be somewhere else.

I can give you a totally unbiased opinion: The United States Marine Corps, I suppose that service in the Coast Guard also qualifies.
