Yes, absolutely. He'll need to be married to bring his wife for her to be able to be included in his application. As said above adjustment of status isn't an option.
So petition him and then wait, he can visit in the interim.
Can I start the process as single and then once he gets married change the status to married ??

Thank you everybody

She is here in the US, she went to Austin, I asked for the fingerprints and the agent told me that they didnt ask for them, maybe because of her age?

A lot of people have skipped applying for either the I-765 or I-131 and have regretted it later. Regardless of timing, file for everything possible at the earliest opportunity.
i -131 HAS ANY COST? I WAS TOLD THAT MOST OF THE TIMES IT TAKES THE SAME TIME AND THE GREEN CARD

I wanted to know if I should send the travel authorization form, I was told it is taking almost the same time than receive the green card

Who told you that? Adjustment of status packets require I-693 when filing. Otherwise it will get rejected.
"Effective Dec. 2, 2024, you must submit Form I-693, or a partial Form I-693 (such as the Vaccination Record), and you must submit it with your Form I-485. Otherwise, we may reject your Form I-485. "

Don't use notarios / paralegals to file immigration cases! Don't rely on advice of friends who filed cases long time ago. Things change all the time. You need to be aware of all requirements.
Thank you for this information, I just looked up for a doctor listed in the page, I will call today to make a appt. my mother doesnt have a shot record Do I just make the appointment and bring the for I693 with me ?? Do you know approx how much can cost ?
Thanks again

Please clarify me what exactly I need to attach to my form I485

Good afternoon,
I read and knew that we had to send forms I130 and I485 together but my husband sent I130 first, we already got the letter confirming it was received now my question is that is the process going to be delayed because of that ? I am sending I485 form tonigt,
are going to have issues if we sent the I130 first ? How long it is taking to complete the process in Texas
Thanks for your help and advice, I will appreciate it

I started my Citizenship in March 2018, I went for my fingerprints already, after that few months my status said that my application was in reviewed. Now since last month it says At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case.
Is there something I should do ?
Thanks

I will be here in USA 5 years in December, and planning to start my citizenship in Sept (90 days before) so I am still a resident.

PLEASE SOMEONE ASK ME THIS QUESTION !!
Good Afternoon:
My daughter finally got the letter for the interview on July 6th, (almost 1 year later) Lol............
She is 18 now and the petitioner is her stepfather, we had been married for almost 17 years, we are having problems in our marriage and now that he is upset with me he just told me that he is not taking her to the interview. Can she go by herself now that she is 18 ? she will bring all the documents required in the letter.
Please let me know what we can do
Thanks

I've been married for 17 years with American Citizen, we lived in Dominican Republic most of the time, but we decided to come to USA for multiple reasons, including that we wanted to come back to his country.
I got my PRC on 12/20/2012 and I am living in Texas since 07/04/2013. I am thinking about getting divorced and going back to DR as soon as my daughter finish High School, she is planning to go to College over there too. My question is : I read about the 3 year and 5 year options to become citizenship, I know I can apply for the 3 year option but I would like to get a divorce so I would like to do the 5 year option. I was told too that I can apply 90 days before (09/20/17), I will try my best to wait until October here, but I would like to know how long after I start my citizenship do I have to stay here in USA? Can I leave after I send the paperwork ? if not, when can I leave?? . I was also thinking return my Green Card but I really don't want to do it, you never know if I will need it eventually in the future.
I need advice please, my marriage situation is unbearable and desperate to leave
Thanks
