Dear Sir/Madam, Our record indicates that petition in the subject immigrant visa case has been returned to National Visa Center on July 17, 2013 with a recommendation for cancellation/revocation. The petitioner in this case will be contacted by USCIS once they have received this petition. Please note that no further correspondence is required with our office. came home from the most wonderful vacation with my husband ... spent every moment with him and the family... missing him madly but came home and within one day received a promotion at work and have been so busy with training that while im missing him madly it wasn't the only thing i focused on... still waiting to hear good news but our marriage is strong and loving and that's all i could ask for

Embassy asked for updated docs plus new medical.We sent that in now they want another birth certificate. I pray that is the last thing they need so they can issue the visa.

Had my interview on March 20, 2013. Not approved and put in AP because a joint sponsor is required.

I hope that you are able to find a sponser and have all of this over with soon. I can't believe that they would not look at her 2012 taxes. Maybe if she files them right away she can send them in and it will help. Try to start a post about that because sponsorship seems to be a big issue. Best of luck!

Praying that someday soon they will finally send our case back to the USCIS ad give us the right to appeal. It has been almost 9 months now since they denied us. I love my husband and just want to share our lives together.

Starting my new job tomorrow, I feel a little nervous! Hope everything goes well Inshallah. I will miss having all of this free time, but I can't wait to feel productive again!
