    Missing him badly only 60 days pass 120 days still have to go tough time i really give up all the hopes i dont know how people get there visa very easily .2 years we are apart for no reason .i can just cry thats all i can do .(

      I hope that you are well. I know the wait is hard and seems unbarable. Our case has still not made it back to the states. We have no clue what is happening. It is like it vanished.

      Does your refusal worksheet have the bottom box checked that says "You are eligible to apply for a waiver of the ground(s) of ineligibility? Our case still have not made it back to the states. Hang in there at least you are still in the process and moving along even if it is slowly.

      Nothing new for us either. We still have not received notificaion that our file has left Islamabad and it is over 6 months now. I have called and no one can tell me where it is.

    Looks like there has been some great news on the AP tracker. I am really very happy for everyone that has received their visa...Congrats. For all of us that are hanging on to hope, EAbbas, Carolynhotstuff, Aisha & Wajid, Anas & Ayesha plus everyone else that have been apart for years, I pray for us all. I have not been on here much because my heart breaks and I become consumed with the process. I need to step back and devote some time to my kids. Received two emails stating travel to...

    9/10/12 Received a NOA 1 that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.

    This time next week I'll be sitting on a plane waiting for takeoff. I'll have thoughts of the flight and POE running through my head nervously. I'll be praying for a safe arrival, like I have been everyday, and looking forward to being welcomed into my fiances arms. At that point only, I will feel relief. Inshallah ♥
