  1. 1. Does the Co-Sponsor have to live in the same house that the intended immigrant will be living where the address stated on the sponsor's address or can the co- sponsor live at a different location?

    2. What are the total number of co-sponsors that can be used?

    3. I understand that IRS transcript is best, but will the 1040(ITR) and a copy of the most recent paycheck stub be suffecient from the co-sponsor?

    4. How does one go about obtaining an IRS transcript and how long does it take to obtain it?

    THANKS

  2. Congradulations. My wife has her interview later this month. Did they ask about your husbands employment? I know you gave them the I-864 and ITR and pay stubbs, but did they ask verbally to you about is employment? Thanks.

  3. she need to bring 3 pcs 2x2 ID picture . . i am done with my medical last May 31, yeah she need a copy of her annulment for her Personal evaulation and she needs to pay additional P1,000.00 for that. then after that she can have her immunization and medical is complete . . just bring her NOA 2 for her case number . . i went there with my case number only . .

Really? P1,000 additional? hmmm. Well she has to go back in the morning to do her immunization and pick up her XRay so she will bring an extra P1,000. Thank you for the heads up.

  4. I have my W2 and tax return filed from last year with my previous employer. That's covered.

My question is do I need to show proof from my present employer that I am presently employed with a new company or does the embasy take my word for it as listed on my 864EZ under conditions of perjury? In other words will they need proof from my new job that I work there?

  5. when you send your file to the uscis or nvc the first thing they do is punch holds in the papers to keep them togather the way they want them for your file.so it dont matter if your documents have holds in them now, as long as they can read what it says.you will get the originals back at the interview be sure to ask the immigration officer for orginals documents back, an make copiesyour going to need them again for other forms along the way.on your journey.

    Thanks JKelly

  6. My wife went to her medical today. She was told to bring one passport photo, her passport, and copy of her interview appointment.

During her appointment, they also needed a copy of her annulment papers from previous marrage and a copy of the fist page from packet 3 that has the case number on it. They didn't mention that before hand so thought I'd throw that out there. Make sure to bring those documents as well as the ones mentioned by the Embasy to your medical.

  7. As for your question regarding payment, I did additional research since you had me wondering. As a K-VISA applicant, you have to pay at BPI or BANCNET before scheduling the interview. My wife is an immigrant VISA applicant and we pay at the embasy at the time of the appointment. Here is the Embasy page regarding this matter. Hope it helps... http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3220.html

  8. Personally I wouldn't use his unemployment as an income if he is presently recieving it. He has proof from his previous years of work on his W2 that he can meet the minimum standards. He should put down his company that he will be working for this coming September as his employment since that will be his employment even though he is presently laid off. His past is proof and they wont ask for proof he is presently working or not, but he definately should NOT say that he is recieving unemployment as his income unless he includes a joint-sponsor because it does not meet the minimum required income standards.

  9. Yes you can scedule the appointment before paying for the VISA application fee. You can pay that in cash to the window teller at the Embasy the day of the appointment and give the reciept to the interviewer. As far as paying at the bank first, I'm not sure because my wife called the embasy yesterday to reschedule the appointment sooner than the 18th and they said you can NOT schedule sooner, but you can schedule later. We scheduled later because we thought it would take longer for her NBI, but she rushed it and we are prepared now to interview. Anyway, the woman at the embasy told my wife over the phone something about you can only pay at the embasy now as they no longer accept it at the bank, but then again, my wife might of misunderstood; nit sure. If you want to pay at the bank first, then research it; we are just paying at the embasy. Good luck.

  10. i had my interview last january 6,2012 which went well.but i was given a 221g white paper because i have to pass my childs CRBA/us passport.so now after 6 months of waiting for that CRBA because we needed to go through DNA testing,we are ready to pass the document they were asking from me.my questions are:

What are the possible documents will the embassy ask again?like Aff.of support.itr,w2s and medical.I am so depressed.please help me.thanks

Which embasy location are you interviewing with? You should go to that forum and/or topic area and see who may have been through this? Good luck.
