Still nothing on my i751 application. Im looking into applying for citizenship by July if theres still no update on my case.

So after calling numerous times and being told to wait. I received a letter today saying the sent a letter in December asking for Further Evidence. I never received that request. So I'm assuming my case is now denied?

Now this actually made me worried. I also called USCIS like twice a month after my application had passed 6 months (so thats February 2015) since thats when they considered my case outside processing time. Every time i call i ask for a service request wherein they will either send me an email or a regular mail to respond on my request for a status (case outside processing time). Also, every time i call them, i always ask if there are RFEs in my case, which they always say none and that its just still pending.

When you called them before did you ask them if there are any RFEs in your application/case?

did you also requested a service request since its outside processing time? and did they respond? If they responded and it doesnt show that there were no mentioned RFEs, you can used that to show you were not properly informed.

i received a new letter for the biometric appointment late March so I had to do it again last Monday April 6. I asked them when I got there but they seem to just say I need to do it again since when I first did it, the alien number or green card number is incorrect (it was their fault by the way).

I suggest you call them and ask for a service request on (1) your i751 is outside processing time and (2) the status of the naturalization since they keep postponing the interview.

Honestly, I think in my case, by calling them many times for service request could have been the reason why they noticed something is wrong with my information. Every service request made,another officer gets to be assigned to respond on that request.

But who knows right, I just hope they haven't lost our papers or something. I was just told they are behind.

Hi coffeesnowman! How's your interview? Any great news? I had to do the biometrics again today because of a mistake on their part. Imagine my first biometrics was done on July 28, 2014 and just because I kept calling requesting for an update on my case as its taking forever, they realized they had a mistake when they sent me the biometrics letter with a wrong alien number.

I Make an e-request Day before yesterday cause so many August filers get aproval and My husband from july 28 dont get nothing yet, no aproval, no denied, no rfe, nothing, nothing and is already 7 months and a week

Im in the same boat. Mine was received July 11 2014. No rfe also. I did e-request and called customer service, their responses both saying the status is still pending and would have to wait.

I am actually from Florida had my interview in Miami but i live in Broward area, I submitted mine July 21st, with NOA July 23rd and got approved 01/06/2015 and i received card in the mail 01/14/2015 and it was Vermont Service center

Wow congrats! I still havent heard anything from my end. I called uscis and was told theres nothing wrong with my application and they said it normally takes a year for the papers to be processed. I was like, hmmm but i couldnt say that i have seen people already receiving approval so i guess i just have to wait.. O bummer

Yours will be fine. In my case I sent out my forms with the G115 but I didn't get any notifications at all start putting your timeline in your signature so we can also take note of your progress

But the OP said he called and checked the status of his fingerprints with FBI, and was able to obtain a response, and I would like to do the same.

I did my Biometrics on friday morning and so far still no "touches" or updates on my portfolio online.
