    Hello everyone,

    As we recently heard that a new immigration law is going to passed by president. This law might be about reducing the backlog.

    Would you please share if this law implemented, is my waiting time going to be reduced as my  application sent on August 2011?

      Congress passes immigration laws not the President 

      he would like to see family unification and something done about a pathway for illegals here in the US to be legal (democrats have fought long for them to have a pathway to citizenship)  but your class is FB4 and only 65,000 a year get  visas / normal timeframe for this is over 10 years 

       

      so,  will anything he does effect your case?  no
