    #######!!!! The ceac website is completely inaccurate, called today to make sure it was issued and it is NOT!! I dont understand how these people get away with this kind of thing either it is or it isnt dont get peoples hopes up with false information i am fuming right now

      I would email the embassy too. They may come back with a standard reply (like they did in my case) but it was ready for pick up at DHL a couple hours later. Worth a shot.

    Papers Delivered!!!! I will definetly be emailing them by friday to ask when they plan to have him back to drop his passport ;) Looks like its going to be a great valentines day for us

    Thanks rohandlulu.. they gave him the email where i should send they joint sponsor information and said they would call him once he can come and drop his passport off to get the visa in it. Really trying to stay positive they didnt say no they just need 1 more thing so im starting to calm down so i can go ahead and knock this last little bit out.Trust me they will have the info this week and I will start emailing them monday morning inquiring when they plan to have him come back

      Belive it or not...once you get it..it should quick. We didnt get our due to additional details on the police report. We got the blue slip interview 9 days later and his visa was ready 5 days later! Just focus on what they are asking...and it will be over before you know it!!!!! :)

      Maybe try a tier 2 operator. Once you get past all the questioning...ask for a tier 2 operator. They know more about your case than the tier 1. The hold time can be long...but worth it. Good luck!

    11 days until POE...It's been almost one year since I sent our application. I am so happy we are finally going to be together, and that we have made it through some hard times.

    Day 5 of calling the DOS to see if an interview has been scheduled - and NOT YET!! Frustrated and trying to stay patient - just wish the wheels would turn a little faster - we are already not together for the holidays - yet another year!

      I work from home so I was able to call and sit on hold. I didnt want to drive myself crazy...but at the same time...i was going crazy not knowing. One day I called in the AM...got the standard yet professional NO response. Then I called later that day...and viola!! Had a date. Keep on them. you'll get it soon!
