im sure you are approved.. sometimes american consul especially those consul at window 61, the black american, about late 30's or

early 40's.. she didnt say you are approved or not.. just said ok.. you're papers look good, you can now seat and wait for your number to be called again... so as the old american guy at window 64.. those who are at windows 62 and 63, they did tell you that you are approved... i didnt know if they are being reshuffled but i was interviewed by a white american woman, she greeted me, she's very approachable, though i felt nervousness which obviously normal, her attitude towards me plus her way of asking questions didnt turned like interrogating me... about filipino consul, he is guy about middle 30's.. its just ok.. no hard questions.. it didnt take so much time.. im done with him about 5 minutes... just keep on praying and everything will be fine.. relax and wait for your visa..

why is it whenever i tried to track my passport it said

does this mean that my visa and passport is still at us embassy?

is that from the CEAC website or the embassy website? The embassy website is more detailed in where things are in the process.

hank i cant track my visa or passport to 2go.. i used my mnl case number.. even try the passport number.. its said invalid.. but at manila embassy said that my visa is already issued and to be deliver.. anyway i chose to be deliver not pick up

It not so much where you live but how quickly they complete the final review before ordering the printing of the visa.

but i check my visa status.. its indicated there issued... visa will deliver in 7 to 10 working days...

maybe it depends on where doyou live.. anyway thanks for all the help...

yes you are right.. he plan to booked me on march 14.. i saw the tickets.. china air is the cheapest.. 804+52 dollars tax.. but the time i have to depart is the one i dont like.. on march 14, if i choose china air. flight will be at 640am..

you should know when your fiance got divorced and what is the reason... they asked that to me yesterday.. how many times did he visit you.. what your family can say about your fiance.. does your fiance stayed at your home or stayed at hotel when he visited you... last time you saw your fiance.. how many times he visited you.. they sometimes asked about the custody of the children if your fiance have kids.. does your fiance financially supported them.. who has the full custody of the kids.. your fiance or ex wife.. they also ask me where he live not address ( but make sure you know his address) but that's not what she asked to me..she asked me if he live at house or rent an apartment.. how many room does his house or apartment has.. they will ask that for them to know if the place is enough for you and for your fiance.. hope that this will help you.. its nice sometimes you know about the history of marriage that's how my consul created question to me.. anyway i got approved so think positively.. being nervous is always there. i am prepared but you feel the butterfly in your tummy.. that's true... you felt you want to pee but u cant pee its just a feeling of being pee.. and much better after the finger scan to stay inside..you need to look attentively at your number to be flashed.. just be yourself.. calm and relax.. and pray..

its not that easy i was asked about the divorce of my fiance.. he got divorce september 21 2011 and we are together and seeing each other before that cause we met nov. 2010.. american consul asked me if he filed divorced because of me.. i just said no, instead answered this that my fiance and his ex wife been separated for 5 years and the divorce is on the process that time.. and got approved sept. 21 2011, good thing she accepted my answer.. maybe the reason she asked me that is because of the law of bigamy or something.. good thing that came to my mind when i answered the consul...

I had my medical the other day... i have exposure to ptb patients as well cause im working in the hospital but good thing i got my medical only one day. i am cleared about ptb issues... anyway to answer the question.. the applicant beside me (we're together since we started the line at st. lukes, plus we have the same hotel) as my medical, move smoothly, to her it turned not.. after we finish everything she was told to go check out at pulmo department, then when her name called they said she needed to talk the pulmo doctor.. then i havent seen her, cause i have to go to immunization area, for my vaccine... when i get back to hotel ive seen her then asked what happened, she said they saw a ptb scar, i asked her if she had that, she said last 2009 she has been detected of pneumonia, but never thought it could be a problem, cause she undergone a treatment, then i asked what did they said, to come after a week for sputum exam for 3 days, then they will call her in 7 to 10 days if there is a result, but she also told me about 2 months of waiting with the result i dont know... i feel like sometimes smear turned negative in few days of culture so maybe they need another 2 months, if turned negative.. its good but if positive u have to undergo 6 months of treatment... u have to go to st. lukes just to take the medicine, they only give the meicine to applicant every weekends cause there is no schedules every weekend... i asked also about the interview date.. she said.. they already cancelled it..st. lukes will handle everything

guys.. is I-134 and I- 864... both said it is affidavit of support... are they the same form.. both need for k1 fiance visa applicants... pls clear things up.. cause what i received is only I-134.. from my fiance(petitioner), not I-864....i am a k1 applicant

Ater my fiance's interview (Jan. 22,2013), at the Manila US embassy, we were unaware if she was approved or not. She was told to go home and wait for an email which we have not recieved as of today. it is a link to a "visa status check" at the US dept. of state. Using our case number I found out that they have "authorized issuance of her visa"..WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

What a relief. Now we just have to wait for 2go to inform her the visa is ready to be picked up.

I hope this info can help somebody and thanks again to all the VJ'ers that have helped us through the process.

You don't need the original NOAs, scanned copies will do. You need to ask for a scanned copy of the NVC letter too (for verification of MNL#).

It is advisable to bring the copies of the documents you sent for the I-129F petition.

You need a few original and signed documents from your fiance:

1. Latest version of the Letter of Intent to Marry (new date and addressed to US Embassy). You should prepare this too.

2. I-134 - Financial Support form (supporting documents can be scanned)

3. Certified true copies of divorce decrees (if any)
