We have used Western Union and Wise...I now transfer money for free (with a favorable exchange rate) by wiring from Fidelity to Vietcom Bank. It took some effort to get this set up (and given the amount I was moving, I had more compliance checks), but now that everything is approved, sending money is easy, quick, and fee-free.
