  3. Hello! Just wondering how your interview went. I hope everything went well. :)

  4. Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

  5. I just received my electronic confirmation that my petition (I-130) process has started :)

  6. I translated my marriage certificate from spanish to english. I then that it notarized; certifying that I am fluent therefore translated an accurate version of the submitted document. I sued my current legal name. However I just submitted my I 130, so I have no further feedback. I'll update my profile once I hear back.

  7. I must confess... Driving home I was feeling seperation anxiety! Wondering if I "forgot" anything :)

  8. After weeks of holding on to documentation and re-reviewing the I-130, I sent it the packet!
