    Day 194 - No NOA2 (VSC). Found out that all USCIS agents have been lying to us. Spoke to supervisor, sincerely apologising for our situation. Looks like we won't get our NOA2 until mid-January. At least we planned our wedding for May/June 2013 period! Fiancee still ill from having chemothrapy though :(

      well.. rofl.. they listed him as 212 a c 2 which is DRUG TRAFFICKING... he would never be able to adjust status.. there's no waiver for that. i have so much to do!! stressful. are u STILL waiting?

      ...faceless entity! im going there this friday and we will see what needs to be done. the interviewer said he will decide wether he wants more info on our proof of relationship (wth else can i send?) or info on a case erkan had. america isnt worth this amount of stress or depression. if it isnt worked out im leaving... the guy said it will take 3-6 months and he doesnt even know if he will be approved then.

      thank u so much to everyone. after erkan calmed down we realized he got put in AP. He will receive some paperwork in a few days stating what other documents they need. We had all the proof of our relationship.. my passport from visiting him, photos with us and his family, chat records, phone records, our tattoos.. yet the interviewing officer said it was for immigration purposes.. america really isnt worth all of this drama and its getting tougher to explain my love for him to a nameless, fac...
