there is no packet 3 for you . what is packe 4 is just an email from NVC formally informing you of the date and they will send an attachment with the list of dcouments they have in their possession and what you are expected to bring along for the interview.

no worried yet. it takes about 10 days , no more than 12days. our I-130 package was mailed from Nigeria on 9/28 and it sat in Ny customs until USCIS received it 10/12. so it will arrive next few days.

He did certified mail though that's y we can track it.

Just be patient, I went through the same thing and it was just documents. I think the big hold up was the police certificate because it came in its own envelope. It won't be long and it was send regular mail because all the other postal places are expensive in Ghana. I remember Fedex was about 80 cedis to send the documents. No worries, look at this as a pit stop to a greater destination.

I wish FedEx was 80 ghc regulat mail was 102ghc no matter where he went and it was the cheapest. I was really hoping for a case close this month trying to get my baby home asap. Hoping by march!!!

Docs are sitting in NYC Custom? Seems strange! Docs generally get instant clearance.

Hello I'm husband sent IV package on the 16 from Ghana and its sitting at customs in new York. Today makes day 3. Has anyone experienced this. I was hoping for a closed case this month and this is holding me up.

I just want to see who all received December I-130 approvals but are still waiting for their case to arrive at NVC. I am told to wait 15 working days. I was told today 1 month.

We were approved on the same day and I'm waiting for a case close. Everything is completed I don't kno wat ur hold up is!!!

u can email the ds-3032 that's what I did it worked out perfectly fine. my hubby chose me as the agent.

Ours went crazy fast, it didn't seem so at the time, but 205 days!!! Filed June 20 and tomorrow's our interview!

not yet i just received my bill IV today so Ill pay that tomorrow then send it in.

So is mine, but I haven't got my IV bill yet. You got your case number 3 days before me, so maybe by Friday I'll get my IV bill.

It seems to me our case is flying through the NVC!!! I'm not complaining just wasn't expecting this. Is anyone else case moving extremely fast.

I did a service request Nov 26 and they said it was being reviewed. I got the approval yesterday.

I'm a vsc filer with the noa1 may 31 2012 I received my noa2 dec 11 2012. I how this gives you some hope.

Ok vsc filers keep your head up. My petition was approved 12/11/12 my noa1 was 5/29/12. I hope this gives you a little bit of hope.

Woke up this morning to dress my daughter for school and checked my status at around 7:41 it said the same thing Initial Review. I threw my phone on the bed thinking it would never happen. Ten minutes later a receive a text message a small thought said what if we have been approved. So I picked up my phone to and by the grace of God it was my approval. So happy right now!!!

If my tax transcripts doesn't reflect enough income from last year but my current check stubs do will i need a Co Sponsor for my husband?
