Hi everyone quick question.. My wife worked in a different city for a year and a half at a orfanage which she also lived on-site while working for 28 days straight and 4 days off to go home which was 6 hours away, Is she gonna need to get a police certificate from that city which she worked baecause she lived there on-site 28 days a month? Hi everyone, I was just reading on the US Embassy website in DR that even if my wifes children are not applying for a visa now she still has to bring thir birth certificates to the interview is that true? Thanks for your responses..

Wowwww how fast the NVC is working they recieved my case on friday and today they issued it a case number and he said thir gonna start sending papers now, didnt exspect it this fast. But im happy..

Thanks guys Im gonna add them to be on the safe side and use my father as the co sponsor he will qulify with his current income (retirement & Social security benefit) because I dont with my income. And im wondering why NVC will give me the wrong information now. Hmmmmmm

Well everybody on here tells me that I have to add my children who live with thir mother and I pay child support for on the I-864 as household dependents. And when I called the NVC the lady said I dont have to add them because they dont live with me AND they are NOT on my tax returns.. So now im confused on what to believe.. Anybody have the correct awnser because im getting ready to fill the I-864 out.. Thanks

Ok thanks, yes it will just be him and my wife and he is a USC with a birth certificate, we have a ss letter showing income and also from his retirment so he should be good correct?

OK so i will have to use them as household members, so i guess ill have to use my father as my co sponsor, he will qualify with his current income but not his last 3 years of income tax transcrpts. He gets a pension check and SS. check every month.

Ok good I have a letter of employment so i should be all set.

One more question I pay child support for my 2 kids but they are NOT listed on my last 2 years income tax returns, and they do not live with me. so I do NOT add them on the I 864 correct?

No my last year was short of the poverty guidlines, but my current income meets it now..

And exactley I pay a little something at the end of the year..

Yes this is a new employer since july this year and it is a higher income then last years income tax return.. I did get a letter of employment showing my current annual salary which is higher but dont i gotta show paystubs to back that up? And yes I have transcripts of taxes.. thanks

Hi, Do they approve afvadavit of support by CURRENT INCOME or last 3 years of tax returns? I qualify by current income but not with my last 2 yrs of tax returns, Also my paystubs say Married 8 so they take less out of my weekly pay, but i filled taxes the last 2 years married 1 for myself.. so am i gonna have a problem now with AOS?
