  5. Anong marital status ng hubby mo sa ITR? Single or married? Sa hubby ko kasi single pa din kahit na we've been married for 4years.Reason nya kasi wala pa daw ako sa US..We will just provide a signed xplanation letter once my USEmbassy nterview comes up soon..

  7. Hinde nka ndicate kung saang office na transfer after NBC,kaya sabi2x nila sa USCIS local office malapit sa address nung petitioner.

After recvng NOA1(hardcopy),mga 1-2 wks cguro, ur case will be updated once/twice (sa case ko twice Aug27 & Sep4)sa USCIS website (f nag sign-up ka for updates sms/email).If your case will be updated or 'touched',email or text nlng ang ma re-reciv mo.   9. Yung transferring of cases para daw yun balancing of workloads sa lahat ng service centers, nglabas ng news memo ang USCIS last Aug/Sept.August daw yung peak season sa pinaka- maraming nag file ng mga petitions.

  10. Sabi nila (I dont kno f totoo),after NBC, it will again be transferred to another USCIS local office close to where the petitioner lives.May link pro hnde ko alam paano e-attached.Punta ka USCIS website,click mo local office locator,enter zipcode ng hubby mo or ung state nya.

  24. Is your husband Naturalized USC (like me) or a foreigner(US)? If your 4-month old baby was born before your husband was naturalized,then definitely your husband will file for a separate I-130.If he is already a USC when the baby was born, you will file for a CRBA at US Embassy.For the 11yr- old step son of your husband, I think you must file another I-130 too as I've read several topics her...
