    Hi VeeNDee,

    I didn't file for AP because I accumulated too many out of status days (over 180) and if you overstay you can't exit and re-enter the US, even with AP. You'll notice on my TL that it took us over a year to file for AOS :P They forgive out of status days for K1s once they've received their green card, but not before then, even with AP.
