They did reply to my emails after i receieved the interview date. They apologized for the delay and stated that they were hoping to provide an earlier interview date but that feb 5th was the earliest... I'm like whatever they should of scheduled it when they said we were missing information about past history of where my fiance lived. No reason to have held it for something so minor.

Still waiting on our packet 4!!! grrr the consulate sent us a message we were missing info on our DS230!! What the heck... don't they check that when it's first recieved? We sent that form over a month and half ago!

ugh! I've emailed them over 4 times now and have not recieved a response from them since December 9th. I'm going insane here. I wanted to at least hear back from them to give me an update. Well in the last email I sent them i was asking about january interview's as well as if not available that I'd need to go about how to get an extension since our petition expires on February 2nd. This waiting is insane and to top it all off, the freakin' holidays are here so I know n...

I went ahead and sent an email update on the 12th and haven't heard from them, and just sent another one right now to let them know i'm impatiently waiting haha. Hopefully you're right about possily still getting an January Date, I sure hope so, our petition expires on February 2nd, and I'd love him home by valentines day which is also his birthday! Keep me posted if you hear anything please!

Aus2Usa2012 99% approved. Doctor didn't tick a yes or no box on one question so they have to fax him and he faxes back. Unfortunately it will slow getting visa and passport back. Was hoping to fly out next Tuesday because flights double from then over the holiday period. So still over the moon it all approved ... Other then one bloody tick of a pen. So all those with medical coming up ask to 3x check paper work. I had him double check it and he still missed one.

We sent ours on the 30th of november, then we get a request last wednesday we need to send more information, when I requested how they'd like us to send it, they didn't reply to us til three days ago. That info was sent yesterday so Hopefully tomorrow will be the day we get our Packet 4. GRRRRRRRRRR lol i'm impatient, this process has taken so long!

Today is the day!! All this waiting and processing for this day (and the wedding day, but this feels more significant!) Less than 24 hours I'll be with my love.

lol, after reading my status I realized it looks like i just got our packet... I meant to say the conuslate got our packet 3 today!!!

I'm not sure if it's the same for your country.

I'm thinking today or tomorrow is the day Packet 3 will finally be sent!! It's been a rollercoaster but things seem to finally be working out. We are now fine with him not being home for the holidays as it will be good for him to spend it with his family since it will be awhile before he can again!
