Congrats!!!! I just got the text that his status has been updated!! AOS card in production! A lot faster than I had orginally thought it would be I was thinking it wasn't going to be til December!

How have you guys been? ugh I really do hope he can take his driver's test with no problems with that i-94 since his application is already in for AOS. :s

we went and he got his permit to drive, not his driver's license and i'm not too sure if it's until the i-94 expires although i did see that his permit expires on the day his i-94 expires... I thought that was just a temporary permit... Eeek i might need to inquire on that. He got his social security card, and he's scheduled for his biometrics on the 29th.

Yes!! It's set for delivery today Already with the driver.

I have been emailing them since the 6th they have emailed me back twice since then, but no for sure answer... the visa was shown issued and printed on the 12th (sydney time) and they have yet to send it... at this time they haven't touched it since the 15th (sydney time) and nothing. We religiously check the tracking for the post and nothing

nope! it's been two weeks.... and no visa yet. i'm feeling absolutely devastated, I don't know what's going on with them and I sincerely am losing faith in their system.

Hey! Any words from the consulate yet?

We are doing it thru the courthouse, and I was hoping that a year from that date have the big bash with all the family! Just because his family all lives in Australia, we'd like for them to have enough time to save money to visit.

hahaha that's the part is that at this moment our future is literally in the hands of other people!!

Getting Married, I told my fiance I want to set the date as March 1st.... Who knows.. I might change my mind once he is actually here lol

haha, yes it is and stupid since they are requesting it again they should of just given us that stupid interview at an earlier date!
