USCIS will send Form I-797C, Notice of Action, to a customer in order to communicate information related to notices of:
receipt, rejection, transfer, re-open, and appointment (fingerprint, biometric capture, interview, rescheduled). If you receive a Form I-797C in the mail, please pay close attention to what it says. Ignoring the instructions in a Notice of Action might delay your case.

Hey there. me and my girlfriend are aiming for marriage in about 2 -3 years time. and we know that the k-1 visa is the one well need.
but my question isnt what i need to do, but more how much it'll cost.
so far ive got
she files the I-129F - thats $340
then when thats approved, i apply for k-1
application for k-1 - $240
DS-156 - cant see anything as far as this costs
Medical - im not sure as i live in UK and we have NHS
Extras - how much do i set aside for all this? the police records, and other literature?
then the I-485 - $985 + $85 Biometrics
can someone hopefully give me a better idea as im going to need this on top of my travel money to get over there
