Welcome to VJ! while Lagos is tough it can be conquered and has been conquered many times. Pls read as much as you can about the process and filling out the paperwork pay attention to detail and be organized. Going through Lagos is like going through H-LL. It is easily the hardest place to get a visa through. You have stated you have one red flag, a large age difference , add more you add more difficulty to the process. Even the most prepared couples can't guarentee that they will get a visa from Nigeria.
