IR-1/CR-1 Visa

We met online in early 2003.We talked for several months as friends shareing different likes and dislikes he ask me was I married I told him nooooo and I dont want to be.I ask him are you married he said noooooooo and I dont want to be to.
We laughed and talked a lot over the next few months.Developing a trust with each other and huge phone bills.In oct.2003 he ask me to marry him and I said yes.So we made some plans as to which country we would live in and I really wanted to stay in the states.So he agreed.I flew to Bangalore India March 2004 where I met my prince in person for the first time.He was as wonderful in person as I had dreamed he would be.We were married 6 days later on March 12 2004.It was a culture shock for me been there as I had never left the USA before.But I fell in love with India and the wonderful people there.My honeymoon was wonderful and we just fell so much more in love with each other makeing it hard ot be apart.
He showed me a lot there and I took into my mind all I could in the month I was there.
I stayed with him for 1 month at this time.Trying to find what we need to do on getting his visa.He listened to some others there and we made our first mistake.
I came back to states in April to file his I-130 and submit all the doccuments they required.I received his receipt back 1 week later saying it can be up to 550 days before he came up for a visa.
I flew back to India in July 2004 as this was to long to wait.We hired a man who guided us through his applications and told us step by step what to do this man use to work for the american embassy in chennai so he seems to know a lot.
We filed for a special marriage act 1954 (this is where a muslim and a christian can marry) and we waited the 30 days got this doccument and then had to wait another 30 days for me to be in the country for 60 days to file there.
Once we arrived in Delhi I was told by the man who did the interview I had to cancell out the I-130 in the usa to send a letter and bring him back the receipt then he would proceed with the I-130.Which we did.1 week later he received his paper saying he had been approved for the I-130.
then he received a packet from Chennai with instructions on what to bring to interview I came back to states after 5 months to gather all they required and I fed ex to him his interview was April 12. 2005 and he was denied there and said he was placed on adm processing.No more information given.
In the 3 months since this chennai has been of no help and refused to answer me or him on any questions we ask.I have had some information from dos saying they finally sent his papers to them for a security check on June 06 and it should take 2-6 weeks to complete.Our DOS is very helpful if you call and just ask and have all the information they need.The people there are very polite and helpful.
So now we wait and wait to be together again.
