I also got the oath letter update notice today.  Then, when I got home, I got the actual letter in the mail.  My oath ceremony is on November 2.  At last!

I also got the email that I'm in line for my oath ceremony.

Can you update my status to interview scheduled on July 27?  I posted that a while ago but I guess it was missed. Thanks.

I got my interview notification!  Scheduled for July 27 in Kansas City, MO.

I just checked my status on the uscis site and it says I am in line for interview as of 5/8!  I didn't get an email or text, did you guys get any notice that you were in line?

Received a letter from USCIS saying :

"Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved."

The date of the decision was 08/04/2015.

Our biometrics date was deleted somehow. It's 6/2.

Received biometrics letter, scheduled 6/2.

Received NOA today dated 4/27!

California Service Center, filed 4/25, tracking says received 4/27. No further news.

Just got my approval notice through mail! Hope to receive my card soon.

I just got notice that my EAD is in card production so the previous confusion over the difference in status between my EAD and AP was just a scare. Whew

Now, it's a EAD/AP combo card. We got our approval email notifications for both in the same day. Today, we just received email notification of Card/Document in Production.

How come only my AP is approved and my EAD not yet? Is it possible to have the AP approved and not the EAD?

I got two emails from the USCIS today, one saying that my AP had been approved while my EAD was still in initial review. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the EAD and AP on the same card now, or at least get approved together? Any thoughts on this or is this just a glitch?

Just got our biometrics appointment notice yesterday!

I moved to Kansas and used Johnny Air. My package is yet to arrive as the turnaround time is 45 days to 2 months. But they were easy to deal with. Didn't use Manila Forwarders since they had too many forms to fill up. Price was around 250 to 260 usd all in.

That's how I view my responsibility in the matter of my word, whether or not anyone else or the US Gov't does. Simply put, I am the reason she came here, and if I changed my mind, I would feel it was my place to get her back home. If the USCIS answers me on the matter, I will share with you what they said.

I agree with you. Just because the I-134 is 'unenforceable' does not mean it's a reason to wriggle out of a responsibility. The beneficiary uprooted her life back in her home country and if the petitioner changed his mind on the 11th hour, he should ensure that she gets home and doesn't become an illegal. Especially if she doesn't have the means to return. Beyond the legalese, it's just the decent thing to do.
