If you are planning to get married in the Philippines in feb 2013, you file the spousal visa after that.
If you want to go the fiancee visa route, you'll have to apply for the fiancee visa (7-8 months), get married in the US and file for AOS and advance parole in order for her to leave the country. I doubt you can do all that by February of 2013.

Stats just show the number received and processed in the months indicated--these aren't necessarily for the month itself.

My petition was received on November 22nd 2011.
51 I-129's were received that day at VSC.
4 were instantly rejected for unsigned forms, no check etc
14 are still at initial review (including mine)
11 have received RFE
22 have been approved, the first of these was on February 22nd 2012.
Also 3 have been approved today so they are getting there, just not fast enough
Yes I am a sad individual to know all this
Edit - lots of TPS applications received that day too if that means anything
How did you know how many were received on the same day as yours and their status?

So sorry about what happened. Sometimes, we don't always get what we want but then eventually we get what we deserve (and we deserve the best). It's just a matter of time, sometimes.

Hi, I"m planning to bring my cat over with me to the US. Is it better if he flies with me in-cabin or as checked baggage? It's at least a 12 hour flight so I don't want to be worrying about him for that long. Can you recommend or have good experiences with any airline in particular?

you can generate the data here:
Thanks for the info. More stats to obsess over

See for yourself. This is 129 petitions including Awaiting customer action, Completions that month, Receipts that month. The first column is "all other" for the service center, excluding 129.
Could I ask where you got this data?
In both years, there seems to be a slowdown in completions in August and September. Wonder why that is.

One thing to remember as you're going through the requirements, the Philippines is a location your pet must get the screw worm check. Also every country your plan stops in will have its own requirements the airline needs to deal with. From someone checking this out on another forum I belong to, they found their least headache on flights passing through Japan. Hong Kong had some really killer requirements, which was where there first airline choice stopped in.
This is very helpful. Thanks so much.

How long has she been here? You must ask yourself how would you feel if you moved 7000 miles, leave your family, your friends, your way of life, all of the things that make you happy? Would you behave normal? Could you adjust in a month, or 3 months and be happy everyday? Her reaction seems pretty normal to me.
Pretty sure being rude to your fiance's family is not normal, regardless of how homesick/lonely/out of sorts you feel.

Two second google search brought up a long list of information
this is one
Hi B_and_G
Yes you can bring your pets to the United States but you will need to comply with Federal, state, county and local authorities regulations.
Please read U.S. Customs and Border Protection information on Pets
http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/vacation/kbyg/prohibited_restricted.xml#Pets
Many thanks for these nuggets of information. I have already done a preliminary google search and there is a good deal of info there. A few google pages will tell you that you need a permit from the local Bureau of Animal Industry also. However, I am looking for more anecdotal/experiential replies from those who have actually done this, if there are any out there.
Also, forgot to ask for vet references.

Hello VJers,
It may be way too early to worry about this but I figure if there are any requirements, I should just as well start working on them, too. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with bringing their pets with them on first point of entry to the US? I'm planning on bringing one or two cats with me.
What are the requirements? Do they hassle you at POE more? Which airlines are pet friendly--allow you to pet carriage as carry-on and with lower fees.
It may be tough for some to understand but I am attached to these creatures. Any animal lovers out there?

Congratulations!
Does it usually take this long for delivery of the visa? I thought it was just two weeks or so.
