I just paid the AOS bill....not yet the IV bill. They not sending the IV bill until they receive the DS-3032.

If I were you, I would demand an expidite through NVC for the error in transporting your petition. Just a thought. Maybe call NVC now and ask them for an expidite.

My wife is not yet in USA. We still do the visa process as of now. Maybe 3 more months before she arrive here.

for the IR-1/CR-1 the reason they get it all in 1 call is because their actual receive date was earlier, but they did not know that there petition was already received.

The sad part is when they finally do receive your petition...then you have another 10-20 days to be assigned the case number.

Yeah....I know you are tired. What else can we do to move faster? I was thinking maybe you can call USCIS CSC. Maybe it is worh a try to find out where your petition is.

Yep...I totally understand you. Day 35 now for me. If I don't hear good news by Friday I am calling my congressman. I saw a couple on VJ today only 4 days from NOA2 to case number.
