She should have notified USCIS, but I have not seen anyone get into trouble for late address changes.  I would just put the new address on her N-400 package.

My wife and daughter's Philippine birth certificates are larger than the standard US Letter size (8 1/2 x 11). So is our Philippine marriage certificate. I made actual size copies to submit with I-130. Is that okay, or do I need have them shrunk down to Letter size?

Yes, that's right. You are required to submit all those documents with your DS230 along with the ff civil documents: marriage certificate, borth certificate, marraige termination documentation, police and NBI clearance, photocopy of the valid passport bigraphic data page.
As for the missing information, NVC will be sending you a letter that will describe the error or what you have missed out.

i think we've go the same problm here... for me the DS230 was sent back to my husband/agent in US saying that there's an unasnwered item.. and by this time they are asking the sam civil documents together with the DS230..
i'm hir in manila as well, but i haven't received any packets but my husband did so im relying on what he recieves..
could somebody here help us please?

Hi there, I am in IR1 Category since I received yesterday the packet for the DS230 Part 1 and 2, from the letter they said we need to submit the form and checked also from the NVC Website to submit also the civil documents like birth cert, marriage cert, police clearance, etc. . . my question is do we need to submit all these documents together with the DS230 Form that we need to fill up??
Please help us. . . your response will really appreciated.
