Ezekiel Chester got a reaction from USA-ALG in The end...
Hey everyone!
I just want to take the time to say thank you to those who have given your help and advice over the last few months of my membership on these forums. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that I will not be continuing with the K-1 visa process. Long story, and I'd rather not go in to it, but I just wanted to stop by on my way out to say a big thank you to those of you who have been a huge help during this K-1 process so far. I really appreciate your support and prayers, and your honesty with some direct answers to questions that I've had in the past.
I wish you all the best of luck as you continue with your journeys, and you will be in my prayers. Love you guys! Thanks again!

Ezekiel Chester got a reaction from Adriene H in Chances of Being Denied?
I can't say for sure, but I believe that you will just receive an RFE requesting more information. Unless there are a lot of errors in the application you sent off. I don't think they would deny the application based on that alone, in which case you shouldn't have to pay another $340 to start again. However if you do get an RFE then it will delay your application a little until whenever you are able to submit the information that they require.
If I'm wrong on this, please correct me!

Ezekiel Chester reacted to Gary and Alla in other first names, nicknames
I am not sure how this came to you NOW. Listing "other names" in one form and not another can possibly cause problems. If it is merely a name which has never been used for anything official I doubt it could have any effect either way. Names themselves are not material evidence. If you were convicted of a crime under the name "jane Doe" that would be a different matter.
You are going to be asked the same questions again and again over and over for more than four years on many types of documents. Answers should be truthful and consistent. You are not in a normal relationship. Your relationship is going to be reviewed by people that do not know you, periodically, until you become a citizen.
So it is probaboly best to include the nickname now, and on all forms in the futureand explain it if necessary at the interview.
