Not sure wanted to make sure I have enough documents... It was due on Feb 13,2015... So I sent out on 02/09 and they received 02/10 .. 3 days before due date.. I don't think its because of late RFE, because it's not consider late until it's after the due date from what IMmigration Officer and opinion from lawyer told me... Did you get RFE also?

Really and truly .., it all depends on the immigration officer to give you 10 or 2 year card!!! It's their judgement ... I've heard and seen people before even a few my family members got lucky also.. Their marriage was less than 2 years and they got 10 years card
