Ok, Nigerian meatloaf for dinner it is...what is Nigerian meatloaf? Glad you asked, lol....it's a meatloaf flavored with Nigerian spices in an attempt to make him like my home cooking, hahahaha.

Been busy prepping for tomorrow. Ribeye's thawed..check. Maraschino cherries dipped in chocolate..check. Caramel flan cooked and chilling..check. Champagne chilled, strawberries ready for their chocolate bath, potatoes washed and ready for baking, garlic bread waiting for me to slather it up with butter and sesame seeds and then we will share our first Valentine's Day dinner together just the 3 of us!

Another beautiful week ahead of us! Is it the weather? Is it due to the holiday coming up? Is it a vacation week? Nope, its none of those reasons.....Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder, it's a beautiful week simply because I am alive to witness it! Thank you Father for this gift!
