13. Form DS-157: Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application for Male applicant between 16 to 45 years old.

So I'm kind of lost when one or two folks here who are female applicants said that they need to complete this form.

I have a question concerning form DS-157 (Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application for Male applicant between 16 to 45 years old.)

Is it only for male applicant to fill out this form or shall I the female applicant need to fill out as well?

I just want to know how long it will take to get NOA1. I have seen many VJ members here receive it within a week, mine seems to be longer......why is that?
