Approved!!

I received the e-mail at 6am this morning, card production was ordered yesterday May 13th! Obviously the tier 2 rep I talked to yesterday couldn't see it, or it hadn't been approved yet.

Now crossing all fingers and toes for R and L to receive the good news today too!

Congrats !!! Now you can relax a bit. I noticed your frustration on your post. But I'm poor VSC applicant. VSC is slow as hell. But im really happy for you

Hi fellow VJ's, I filed my ROC April 8, was approved April 9, 2014 and Got the NOA1 April 25, 2014 but I never heard yet of my Biometrics

has anyone same case as mine?

Call USCIS and ask for Tier 2 people. They might tell you what's going on with your case or where's the Bio Letter. Good Luck

Thanks so much for your information! I want to try early bit too but I was just wondering if USCIS could reject it...

So many people do early bio. Go to any monthly threads you will find so many early bio applicants. Nothing wrong with it. USCIS wont reject you for this.

I am planning to do early bio this Thursday since I don't have a ride. I'm doing it for peace of my mind. Who knows if I'm lucky, my case may process few days early.

Hello everyone,

Updating NENE815's NOA1 date at CSC. I received it today!

Could anyone please tell me how long it takes to get biometrics notice usually? also how do you do early biometrics? Just walk in? Thanks~!

It usually takes 1-2 weeks after getting NOA1 to receive Bio letter. You just walk in for early bio.

There is a user here in VJ in I-751 April filler 2014, who filled 3 weeks earlier and still VSC accepted his case. But if you are really lucky they may accept your petition. Good Luck :thumbs:
