  1. hi all. i really dont know knom what to do now. it is 5 months since i send my petition i130 to uscis. im still waiting for my noa2. i really dont know which action to take. i think that may be the delay is because i didnt appoint a lawyer in my case. i really do not know what to do to push my case. i really need your advice dear Vj members.

going 5 mos tomorrow..i am so not happy about this and seeing january filers getting approved makes me feel more depressed as

to when the agony of waiting dor noa2 will end.. sigh... lawyers won't speedup the process

though.. we can't do anything but wait..

  2. Thank you so much. I will make a search for the following shipping company and hopefully we could submit the i-130 packet within this month as God allows...Many,many thanks! God bless us all on this!

your welcome! good luck to us all on this journey.. Godbless! :)

  3. Hi everyone! I would like to ask and know if someone here could give us an advice in assembling the i-130 packet? I checked with the uscis's website and I've read the new and updated i-130 packet content, one of those is the proof of name change of my wife. The certificate of marriage (CEMAR) is the one that best applies to our case, the NSO released it upon the request of my wife who's in the Philippines right now and she found out that my middle name has an error-they miss a single letter on it. It will take 2 weeks for them to give us the correct one. My question is..Is it ok to submit the NSO copy of our marriage certificate as a proof of my wife's name/status change instead of the certificate of marriage (CEMAR)? We really wanted to start the visa process of my wife and wished to apply for it as soon as possible but the CEMAR is the only thing that holds us to do the first step of my wife's visa. Thank you and everyone's help would be greatly appreciated. God Bless us!:-)

One more thing.. Is someone here could give us an idea on how much will it cost for my wife to send/shipped some of our credentials from philippines to USA?

    Thank you so much guys!:-)

My hubby sent the i130 petition last Dec and since NSO can't issue he marriage certificate in a month's time, he submitted the marriage certificate from the local civil registrar.. anyhow we are still waiting for our noa2, going on 5mos tomorrow:( i got our nso certificate or marriage now and already changed my passport to my married name now.

    u can check 2go.com.ph , lbcexpress.com, air21.com.ph , jrs-express.com , they have estimates for prices.

  4. NOA 2.. Yippees.

On May 14, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

    What should I do next?

    congrats!!!

--join the may2012 nvc forum by saylin. you'll have all infos there. very helpful:)

btw when did y receive the txt from uscis? like what time?

  5. if petitions are sitting in csc for months until someone can attend to it, why don't csc hire more people? perhaps people who wants their petitions approved faster will pay more for a 2-month processing.. enough $$ to pay for those additional

people hired.. #justathought .. the waiting really sucks.. and it sucks more knowing that csc wasted months for petitions to just sit in the corner :( i'm losing my cool about this..sigh

  6. I'll have to find out exactly how you do what you do. When you get your NOA2 next week, I'll still need to check up for the next 4 months ;)

I've seen a couple of early Septembers roll in.. Will be interesting to see how quickly they move the bulk from August to September.

awesome jhsm85!! if you can do what Paisaman has been doing, you definitely ease up the agony of those people who's patience has been draining :) atleast for the next 4 months ;)
