Hoping to hear this week. Hang in there peeps!
-
I'm at 5 months on March 28th...feel your pain. The USCIS returned my birth cert. so I know they are looking over my petition, expecting my NOA2 anytime now.

CONGRATS EVERYONE!
now where's mine?

Congrats! All the October filers who are still waiting, your time is coming.
ahhh I hope so...

At worst, your adjudicator will take 30-40 minutes to go thru your petition, instead of maybe 15 (all times are just guesstimates); at best, you have something to talk about at the interview. And hey, who knows, maybe they use your 3-page as a training exercise on how to quickly summarize and extract the pieces of info they need, and it gets approved faster.
Don't worry. In the context of of all us waiting or having waited months, I don't think this could signify a statistical significant delay if it does at all.
thanks for the encouragement! They returned my birth certificate to me (apparently it was an original) so hoping to get my NOA2 any day now. I am an Oct. 28th filer at CSC.

Nice to see some other Romanian couples involved in this process
I was just there in Cluj (where my lady lives) and in Moldova for 2 weeks. Tough being back in the States and apart again.
Hang in there everyone...

so I asked this earlier and did not get a reply...
I recently got my Birth Cert. sent back to me by the USCIS because it was an original copy and I guess they return all original documents. This is a good sign right? I am hoping it means they are looking through mine right now and should get my NOA2 anytime now!
::fingers crossed for all of us::

I'm October 28th at CSC...still waiting
-
After an amazing two weeks together, I am having a very difficult this morning, waking up alone again in the United States. I feel so lost and sad today...I just want to be with my adorable, beautiful woman so bad right now and get my NOA2. Having an interview date will make everything easier. Appreciate all your support on this site, and thankfully I have an amazing, supportive family and friends to help me manage my loneliness...but wow, it is hard.

telling him his is too long is discouraging to me, as mine was almost 3 pages...wasn't a member of this site at the time i was doing the petition...hope they don't put mine on the bottom.

Spent a great 12 days in Romania/Moldova. So tough to leave though. So according to my roommate my birth cert. got returned today in the mail, no note or anything else.
Is this a good sign?

October 28th, 2011 CSC filer here. haven't heard anything yet, great to see some mid-October filers getting approved though. Know ours is on its way.
I am leaving Wednesday to head to Cluj, Romania to visit my beautiful lady. We skype everyday but haven't physically seen each other in 4 months. Getting anxious and excited, would be amazing if we got the acceptance news while I was there.
Best of luck to everyone still waiting, they are coming! Stay positive, patient and take it one day at a time.

filed my I129F in on October 16th...received NOA1 October 28th. It went to the California Service Center, check everyday for NOA2. Getting more and more anxious everyday. Glad to hear some Oct. filers have received there's already!
Congrats and good luck to all!!
