WU JUUUUUUU....Finally AOS approved! We got an RFE at interview cause the medical...YEAP...the officer ask for the form I-693 and even we explained my medical was done within 1 year...He still wanted the form with transcription...Finally!

Of course we can meet next weekend..we are free..will be very nice..How about saturday 17 for dinner or late luch. Will send you a private message..

Got the EAD/AP combo card by mail and the official letter for OUR AOS interview....WU JUUUUUUUU....the party continues and you all are invited!!!!

I dont know if someone else had this form but thank god someone here warn me and I printed it the day before my interview cause they were asking for it in the line before going inside the interview. Will send you a private message with my number just in case....

If your visa is approved they will send you to the DHL area to pay the fee and you have to give them this form where you wrote the place you want your passport with visa be delivered..

In my case, the officer at the main entrance of the embassy was asking for this form and I saw when he told a lady she has to go to a place to fill online the form and print it!...and No near places around....

In the page http://caracas.usembassy.gov/visas/niv/important-news.html go to the end of the page where it says Passport delivery with visa approved cases (2010). Then clink on Complete the information onlinehttp://www.bc-portal.com.ec/embajadausa/...that is the form of DHL the delivery service. Complete it online and print it.

By the way remember her to take also 85 Bs for the Visa delivery Fee (DHL). And very important when My appointment was a requirement to take the DHL previously printed to the interview. To avoid delays in the visa appointment, the applicant must fill out the DHL form before the day of the interview at the Embassy. Complete the information online. Print the confirmation page and submit it at DHL
