I didn't because I have a learner's permit, but they probably want to know so that they can set your insurance rate applicably. Not sure where you can get this done, but can probably look on Province of Ontario website to see if Ontario was the only province you lived in.

Received the EAD/AP in 77 days and the GC about 5 months after filing w/o an interview. Blessings on the rest of your journey.

The fact that it says "There are currently no appts available for your trip purpose" means that there are no available appts so it would be useless to check. I would keep checking and if there are appts available click YES. Then on the other page it will ask you again if you want to change your appt or not. If you do select the date/time, then click yes. I am just wondering how "thick" my binder should be . I was reading some posts that said that we give our papers through the window

I had my interview in Montreal and I brought an accordian folder with all of our stuff in it. My fiancee brought a small folder with her stuff in it as well. If I were you I would get and accordian folder so that you can label and be organized. All you would need to do is show them what they want to see so you would just take that out and show them. We took the I-129F approval notice as well as the petition and all the evidence with the petition. We also printed off photos, skype logs, etc th...

Yea that would be nice, I saw your post. Did you call the consulate to see if they could get you an earlier date? My wife and I are doing well. I am currently looking for a job as I got my EAD/AP a week or two ago. Hope that the rest of this journey goes smoothly for you and your fiancee.
