Ugh, right there with you. Called and got the usual "Jan 16th, blah, blah, call back in 4 weeks..." About ready to snap. Don't bother trying to place a service request either. I'll let you know how it goes in the morning. From everything I've been hearing, they'll do the service request 30 days beyond the 5 month mark. We'll see. At the very least, I intend to bend the ear of as many people, as far up the VSC food chain, as I can. These processing times are out of control. Hey, they cashed the check in 3 days...
