oh sweetie do not worry about those negative comments! You're not the first or the last one. I also separated and I regret so much bringing him to the US, but hey, things happen and you did your thing right on time. Sometimes we need to speak up on the reality of the process and how some things do not work out at all. Not necessarily we're being used, but just doesn't work out. Dee I know the feeling of waiting and waiting. You need to do and concentrate on your life here because when something is meant to be it will be. I know how out of wack we all get with the traveling and waiting and long distance love. Have faith God is working behind the scenes itll be your time when he saids so. Have faith in his plan for you.

Hey chica, my fiance had to retake the medical (they expired in 6 months, keep that in mind just in case it happens to you), he submitted them and they said that in 4 to 6 weeks (maybe less) he will receive his visa, Gods willing

No hun at his interview we were told that we were approved, nothing about AP, we went to pay domex and waited for 2 weeks, then I decided to call the embassy and that's when they told me that we were put on AP

I'll be back by Sunday the latest. I figured when he gets approved ;-) hopefully by Friday we'll have received the passport so he can travel back with me. If not then he'll have to come with somebody else. You going back any time soon?

Well, if he doesn't get his visa in this month of June, then I will travel for at least the weekend some time in July. Well hopefully you can come back with your honey...it's better that way

Well actually it was hard in me, I couldn't enjoy it as mush as I wanted to b/c of the medical issues I was having. Being in DR is quite as comfortable for me to be relaxed lol due to light going out and water too lol. But my honey made it comfortable for me. Couldn't go out as much b/c it was painful to walk lol.

Have faith this will get resolved soon.. The great news he was approved and he will be with you soon.. Hope you feel better soon from your surgery

Very normal. My fiance is getting his medical today and I am freaking out b/c I don't know anything of him since he can't have his phone on. I don't sleep at night just thinking about the interview and getting everything ready for the interview.

I got one too, when I was doing my papers. I got it because out of all questions I forgot to say no, I haven't committed a crime. I got the paper and sent it out right away. I didn't delay my process too much. So good luck. Everything will turn out great. If you want even send extra proof of the relationship, like a letter of a friend and a pic of them ect. Send that out asap.

Yes I did..and they told me (then) that I had to wait until January 22nd, and if I haven't heard anything by that date, then I may submit a service request in which I have to wait 2-4 wks. I even spoke to Tier 2, and he was so rude and mono-toned (like most of them), told me that USCIS is still not processing within my time frame. I even called NVC with hopes that USCIS didn't update my status on their website and sent my case (LOL Silly move I know), and got no where. At this point, ...

that wasnt a silly move at all, i would've done the same... Esta gente man. Theyre so used to being so monotone that they forget that they're dealing with people's lives. Im sorry
