You should start collecting them. Read the instruction on the I-134 for the proofs that your fiancee needs to bring on her interview. If you meet the income requirement, she only needs the I-134, your ITR (2009, 2010, 2011), employment certificate, and 3-5 recent pay stubs. You can also add your bank statements and other assets if you want

You should've started after receiving NOA2.

If you meet the income requirement your fiancee only needs your 2009, 2010, and 2011 ITR and W2, recent pay stubs and your employment certificate. My fiance meets the income requirement but we decided to add his bank statements and 401k. You don't need to send her the 129f and noa2. keep the noa2 for the adjustment of status

Thanks guys! God bless us all! I hope the weather will be fine on Monday

I will have my interview on Monday, August 13 at the US Embassy in Manila. I'm asking for prayers. Thank you

Usually you have to wait from 4 to 24 hours for them to update their system and have your payment on file. Maybe the system is down because of the flood at Roxas Blvd. They will resume business tomorrow at 10am. You can try scheduling online or call tomorrow. Good luck

Thanks for all the replies.
I will wait to get the letter, but I am pretty sure the denial is due to not enough info.
So it looks like my best bet will be to refile. Now since I filed once, then do a completely new I-129F submission, there won't be any issues? It should not be too hard to get the info needed. The big hassle will be for her G-325 with signature, and passport style pics.
Ask your fiancee to fill up the form and send it to you the earliest time possible. You can help her in answering the form when you video chat. Ask her to send it via express mail or fedex. Good luck!

Thanks for the list. Needed or not, I will provide all of that and more. At this point I would rather send a box of stuff than risk not having enough info and getting denied again.
No, don't send to much stuff. Read the guides.

You do not need that much evidence Nealxette. A lot of people have sent 1 picture or no emails and cards. While what you have is a good guide and general overkill/ frontloading, you do not need all these things!
Read the guides MJ. Be prepared to start again. Ask any questions you have here before you post anything new off.
Our K-1 petition was approved before we changed our course of action so feel free to ask me any questions.
Those are the exact numbers of evidence that we sent and we were approved. I was just trying to help.

I hope this could help:
1. I-129f Cover letter
2. Payment
3. I-129F
4. I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person
5. G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner & Beneficiary)
6. Birth certificate (Petitioner)
7. Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner & Beneficiary)
8. Proof of having met in person in the past two years
- Photocopy of with passport stamps
- Boarding passes
- Hotel and restaurant receipts
- Tickets (movies, parks, etc.)
- 5 pictures together, 1 picture with family
9. Proof of ongoing relationship
- 5 copies of e-mails
- 5 copies of letters
- 5 copies of cards
- 5 skype screen shots
You can add more evidence but 5-10 pieces/copies of each are enough.
-
I'm sorry to hear that. Aside from the I-129f form you should include evidences to prove your relationship. Read the guides for K1 visa.

handwritten? kninong parents? sa fiance ko? but he's old enough.. alam ko tayo as a minor and need mg bring ng letter from our parents? closed nb prism ngayon?
From your parents, of course. If you'll go to CFO office, you don't need that, just the parental consent. Yes, PRISM is closed. You need to come early since CFO only accommodates 12 people/day.

kukunin ba nila yong pics? para makapag pa develop ulit ako.. How many pics are necessary?
I brought 10 pictures.

Ok thanks for your reply.. Yes I am trying to visit the nearest city hall in my area.. 2 phone number? he doesn't have any contact number aside from his cp number.. otherwise i will give his work number? will it be ok? how much kaya yong notarized letter na un? wla nb other need aside from that? like official letter from my parents? divorced si fiance so dlhin ko na lng yong divorce decree nya.. kukunin ba nila yong pics? para makapag pa develop ulit ako.. How many pics are necessary?
Thanks sis!!!
Kathy
200php lang ang siningil sa akin sa affidavit. If he doesn't have any other phone numbers, his parents or sibling's phone numbers will do. I heard St. Mary's sometimes asks for hand written letters from parents pero sa Prism di ako hiningan. I also brought a copy of my cenomar, just in case hingin pero hindi naman. You need to bring 2 photocopies of your passport, 1 photocopy of your visa kung meron na, and a photocopy of your birth certificate.
-

Yup. Tagabulacan pa ko so ayokong makipagsapalaran dun sa 12 slots a day kasi mahal ang pamasahe so I did it early.

I got my Affidavit of Parental Advice (coz I'm 24) from a lawyer coz our city hall does not have a form for Parental advice and Parental Consent. I only paid 200php. I had my GCP seminar at PRISM on July 10 and they asked for my parental advice. I heard at St. Mary's, aside from the notarized form, they also ask for written consent from parents
-
I think all lawyers have their own format for Parental Consent and yes, it has to be notarized. When you go to a lawyer with your parent/s they will print out an affidavit for your parent/s to sign. Just give them your name, birthdate, birth place, and fiance's name.

Did they tell you that you had to get 2 more shots when you got to the states?
Yes.
-
She received 6 shots and told her she will need two more when she gets to the states, not so sure why and which shots but will find out when I'm there.
I finished my medical today. They only gave me 4 shots
