  1. Anything that's not in English language needs to be translated, notified, attested, from the ministry of foreign affairs ( if you have that type of ministry) and must be accompanied with the original document. As long as your passports are in English, id cards do not even need to be sent much less getting them translated. Apart from your marriage license/contract which also must be translated and sent along with the copy of original, anything more just adds to the evidence of stronger bond of relationship. Having kinds and including their birth certificate with both parent's names is a plus plus.

  2. Great news maybe after the approve September they will come back and approve more August applications.I filed on August 22 and havent heard anything.I know a few people who also filed in the first week of August and are still waiting as well.Hopefully we hear something before Presidents day.

My receipt date is August 11, 2011 for K-3 and July 26th, 2011 for I-130 and haven't heard anything from CSC on both case.

  3. I just faxed my expedite request-Again!!. I faxed one on January 18, 2011 after receiving a letter from CSC requesting to provide a doctors letter but no reply. I have my finger's crossed. I know of one person whose receipt date is on August 16, 2011 and had their case approved on January 27, 2012. My receipt date is August 11, 2011 and I have yet to receive anything. By the way January 27 was my birthday! I hope I never have to deal with USCIS again in my life!
