It is trying, that is for sure! Especially from where our loved ones are from! When my husband and I were separated for over a year I just tried to keep myself busy. I was working 2 full time jobs and going to school. I was strong because I didn't give myself time to think about it all. It also made the time go faster. If I had a free moment, the tears just didnt stop! He's been here for 8 months now. I am out of the home babysitting a half hour away and have not seen him in over a day and I'm all back to crying again! I really love that man so much! Inshallah I will go back home on monday! It's gonna feel like the day he arrived in US lol. THAT DAY WAS THE HAPPIEST OF MY LIFE!!. I really felt like I was dreaming! Sometimes I still do! We do have major issues, however. It is not easy for him to adjust, but through these big trials, I feel we get stronger! It's really worth all of this in the end! Hang in there!

Dear God please don't tell me we place blame based on party association..... president's rarely have the ability to make a change in the economic conditions of the national specially when houses are not in his favor or support his actions. The end!

Hey guys just want to encourage the people looking for jobs, Yes market is tough and even tougher for immigrants... work ethics are quite different from many other countries comparatively!
One of my previous jobs was to hire a large number of people for seasonal employment. Just an fyi there are many skilled people unemployed at the moment many whom are over qualified. Best thing to land a job is tailor your resume to mirror the job requirements... no one cookie cutter application will not work for various jobs!
I could go on with this forever... anyways I think someone mentioned this earlier... it is true who you know makes a big impact 70% of jobs are being landed by reference right now. So make connections and use them!
Feel free to PM me if anyone wants some advice, or assistance in looking over a resume.

It will not change until funding is different and their is a good mechanism to fight fraud. Even with all their double checking you still see them on VJ either trying to scam the system or a horror story of an honest USC who was scammed. Look on the other side at all the approvals, work, religion, family etc. The work load of USCIS never changes no matter how many leave their desk more are left, probably depressing and oppressing having their work load.
