Thank God! He has done it for us....after 18 months of being in AP, my husband finally got his visa and we owe it all to God!!! I thank God for everything! Delayed does not mean denied!!! Praise God!

Getting excited about visiting my husband! Only days away! Can't wait to see that gorgeous man God has blessed me with. So happy I have been shown favor. There is no favor like the favor of God! Now I will say Amen to that!!!!

I read this today and was glad at how much of a blessing this is to me and hopefully to others to because being married, whether they are of a different culture or not, takes a lot of effort and hardwork. The inspiration goes something like this: COMPROMISING doesn't mean you are wrong and someone is right, it only means you value your RELATIONSHIP much more than your ego.

My heart is so heavy today! It's feels so unfair to have total strangers TRY to dictate your happiness and who you choose to be in your life. One thing I know is God is who he says he is and that is all the ammunition I need! Amen!

@ Dana, it was really to submit our affidavit, we only had one interview, there was no second interview as I thought and my husband was called to counter, form taken and then called back to the counter and given another one and a I'm sorry. @ Tracy Jo, you are correct, God is my sole provider in all that I need. I know everything will be ok.

This morning while at work, a man walked up to me and in this distinguished foreign accent, asked me for a black marker and I immediately smiled and handed it to him, of course I had to ask what part of Africa are you from? He smiled and said Kenya....I told him that he is making me miss my husband even more, I already miss him like crazy! I had to call my husband back to tell him about it. Lol

Yes, it doesn't take much for your ear to grasp, it's like you're in tune to the accent and it will make your head spin to see who is speaking....it's a short moment of joy replaced by severe longing. Soon the distance will be a thing of the past, and you will wake daily to the sights and sounds of your own husband!

I love the FACT that my husband prays each day and has a relationship with God. I love my God and I get so bubbly on the inside when he says "Honey, I am on my way to church or prayer service. This is the perfect solid foundation to continue to build on!
