  1.  k1 name. thanks, Jenny17655 and Greenbaum

NOTE: All visitors for business or pleasure are principal applicants, even if you are traveling with your family. If you are coming to the U.S. in a category of visa that permits you to work (e.g. “L” visa), study (e.g. “F” visa), or get married (e.g. “K” visa), you are the principal applicant. You are not the principal applicant if you are accompanying your spouse or parent who is coming to the U.S. in a category of visa that permits them to work, study, or get married.

Jenny17655 you gave me a direct answer and I didn't realize it into I read the second time

  2. Thanks, so just add her daughter name in the k2 box? that's what I did in the beginning but had doubts. Because her name is already in the personal information area also thinking this is her form so why twice. Had me going. Also thinking when adding my fiance name would point her daughter DS-160 form to her k1

  3. I came across a question on the DS-160 form which asks the principal applicant I first put her daughter name then change to k1 name now I confused myself then was thinking maybe my names. Hopefully, somebody can help me with this one it will be really appreciated.

  4. This happened to me back in 2012 in Montreal I still went to the interview I act like I didn't know. I then showed them a copy of the DS-160 and told them I live in NYC and she lived in Nova Scotia. They asked me do I have the medical package I said yes then ask me for it.  He opens it in front near the stairs to check it. I told him he's not supposed to open it. He told me not to worry that he's the supervisor and it's going to put it with my files now. Also to come in back in an hour because I'll be the last person for the interview. (In my head, I was like what) Ok, thank you, sir. So, Liz Bohne, you can try this if you have the time and nearby.

  5. Hello, Visajourney community my name is Carl and I have 2 questions. First one is about checking a box that I didn't need to check. Then another about misspelling beneficiary last name. First one I read over the I-129 instructions in part 3 and realized I made a mistake and check the first box because I filed a k1 in the past on May 2011 and was approved on September 2011. Confusing myself with the information that I was reading thinking 2 or more k1's adding her as number 2 instead of not seeing 2 previous  k1's or more. Will I get RFE or will they notice and make the change? Second is the Last name I notice it when I received NOA1 on June 15, 2018, I spelled Chaksukeao instead of Chaksukaeo will they allow me to change this typo now or will I have to change this down the road after NOA2. I don't know what the hell was wrong with me on this day preparing the I-129k. The first k1 I made no mistakes nor any RFE's. Very disappointed with myself but any Ideas?
