  1. I am preparing to file our I129F application and have a question about G-325A. I see the example posted on here but still not sure how to complete it. I had 3 employers for the lpast 5 years as I have 2 jobs all the time. The name of the employers are long and I can not fit the address next to the name of the employer. For example:

Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center, 55 Meadowlands Parkway,Secaucus NJ 07026

Do I just write the name of the employer and on a separate sheet write again the name of the employer and the address, or I can write the name of the employer on the G325A and underneath the address of it like:

    Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center

55 Meadowlands Parkway, Secaucus NJ 07026

And the name of my second employers is long too ,all I can fit on one row is the name but not the address.

I called the number that is on the instruction and was told to ask an attorney how to fill the form or contact a local uscis office and make an appointment.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

  2. I wrote befor about how the consulate requested his police record from Spain and is not clean he was convicted but without serving any time in jail and this conviction ended in 2011 but can clean the police record until 2014, the conviction was for abuse he beat his ex .......the interview and relationship was proven but they asked for this police report........now is this going to be a problem at the consulate?

Does anyone had a similar situation?

    Please help.

I think he will be fine. By the way did he have to go to Spain to get the report or he just jent to the spain embassy in Romania?

  3. Sorry so getting around the police checks.

sorry i am not sure what you mean? I asked if it has to be done , i know that certificate of criminal records is mandatory to get, but Im not sure if police clearence report is needed as well. And most embasys are giving certificate of criminal records but police clearence-im not sure, my friend is trying to skip trips to germany and greece, and my fiance as well is trying to skip trip to UK. And btw, they both have clean records, none of them ever carry out a crime, being in jail, or arrested for any reason.

  4. Hello everyone, .I have a questin, if someone live in a foreign country after 16 years of age for a period of more than 6 months does this person need a certificate of criminal records and police clearance from that particular country or not? I am asking because a friend of mine filed for K1, he is Bulgarian citizen but used to live in Greece for 10 years and in Germany for 1 year. He is still waiting for an approval of the petition. His NOA1 was 12/01/2011 in Vermont center. My fiance and I are still waiting for our NOA2 hopefully approved, and I dont know for sure what packet 3 containts, and what they are asking for. She used to live in UK for 2 years as well, so if they need police clearence does she have to go there and get it? Thank you very much for your time and help

  5. Well after a 6 month journey things have almost come to a close!!!!!!!! If the Good Lord is Willing 2morrow I will pick my Fiancee up at the airport in the evening and we will live happily ever after. It has been a struggle but the reward is sweet and I am going to be a happy individual. To all of you who are waiting be prepared to committ 6 months to it and if all goes well you should be at the finish line. Many thanks to all the good advise and pass on what you have learned.

Awasome! Good luck ! It is worth the waiting I am sure :)

  6. It then says underneath Valid from 02/02/2012 to 06/01/2012. Does this mean that all paperwork processing and interview is to take place before this date?

    yes, correct.

What if I can't get an interview at the consulate (Montreal) until after that date (06/01/2012)then what happens? Does it mean that the visa approval is null and void?

you will get an interview n this timeframe, dont worry

I know that I should contact NVC in the next 2 weeks to obtain my case number.

    also correct

I also need clarification on what to prep before hand and what forms that I can send once my info has been sent to Montreal

they will send you a package that will have a list with the documents they need you to bring with you at the interview

I am assuming that once the K1 is issued then I have up to 6 months to activate and once activated then we have to get married within 90 days of POE and then file AOS right after

you have 6 mntsh to leave the country, come to the states and get married within 90 days from the date of entry, then file AOS

If someone can answer this question, it would be greatly appreciated.

I called USCIS and tried to obtain information but as I am the beneficary they wouldn't give me any info and my fiancee doesn't have as much patience when it comes to this as I do.

    Thanks

    Moe

  7. I just filled my petition couple days ago, I think I sent enough evidence for us not to get an RFE.Does anyone know how long it would take them to notify if you are getting one??

After they send you the hard copy of NOA1 (which basically tells you that they received your application) they will send you another letter that will state eighter "approved" or RFE. This second notice may take 2, 3 ,4 or even 5 months from the day you got your NOA1 , or less, every case is different, some cases are processed faster , others- slower. Between the first notise and the second notice the mmigration services are doing a background check of you and your fiance, and it takes time. You just be patient, dont think of RFE , the second notice will eventually come :), it is just hectic to wait, but it is what it is... Anyway, wellcome to VJ

  8. Remember that only a small percentage (5%) of visa journey members represent the total number of people that applied for a K-1. Also, some members don't update their timelines. I've seen member been approved from Vermont yesterday and friday as well, but they haven't update their profiles. I am sure (I could be wrong), but I think the majority of VJ members have their petitions been processed at CSC.

Take it easy. All we can do is wait :)

    Good Luck

    yea, sitting, waiting patiently :hehe:
