Hi aleful. Thank u for the quick response.
The unmarried children shouldn't get married till the parents becomes a usc, am I right? Otherwise, they'll have. Start the petition again, is that correct?
Thank you.

I need help as we really are confuse. My mom came to US with an F3 visa 3 years ago March 2013 to be exact. Question is.
1. Can she apply for citizenship? When?
2. Also, mom is a 10 yr gc holder and wants to apply for Us her unmarried children. Is it possible? We know it will take forever.
3. I have 2 married brothers. As I understand, she needs to be a USC to do that and later on upgrade the petition for unmarried children when she becomes a usc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Information is highly appreciated. Thank you.

When I log into the NVC payment portal, Petitioner and the entire AOS fee information is missing. But, I can see the information below the IV Bill, Beneficiary Name, DOB... Petitioner name missing - anyone encountered this situation? Thanks. (Note: Yesterday, I saw the petitioner name and the AOS fee, Not invoiced etc..... Today it is disappeared....)
that's what we are experiencing now..

The AOS does not show at all, now when i log into the payment portal. I am assuming that is a good sign. Can anyone tell from experience, how much longer it takes to get the invoice when this behavior occurs? Should i expect to be invoiced today?
We experienced the same thing
now were waiting for the invoice

Just checked the status of our case at 9am to find out that the uscis approved our I-130 petition. On June 8,2012 they said that they mailed us a notice of approval but my husband did not receive anything yet. To make sure I checked again our receipt number & it's correct but We haven't received an email or any text message as of this time. Is this normal or we shuld start worrying about this? thank you!

whether we like it or not.. ex's will always be an issue! but for your situation I guess your wife should also understand that you & your ex wife still needs to talk for the kid's interest. In the first place she shoud have expected that when he met you. I am also a stepmom.. I understand my stepson's need, they're still young and at their age they are helpless & atill rely on us. On my opinion your wife should give in.. just for the kid's sake.

I guess, if you are in debt that's understandable if you won't send hundred $ to philippines.. but for some who thinks that they're making the pinay's family dependent on the money they sent, you know better than that! Some of us here live even before we met our husbands/fiance. sending few hundred $ to our families somehow helps life make it easier for them.. I guess it's just about touching people lives & makin it better. One thing is for sure whether you send them money or not they will always make a way to fill in an empty stomach, we filipinos are known survivors!
And if you don't want to send anything to your wife's family then don't so you wont have any reason to complain & ###### about.Just my two cents!

IR5 biometrics
in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Posted
Hi! Just want to ask. My mom has been residing in USA for almost a month now she came here with an IR5 visa. I was assuming that we'll get her Permanent resident card in 120days window. However, we received an appointment for her biometrics for June. Is it the new procedure/law? Just wondering. Thank you.
