      Try again in like half an hour. It opens at 7:30 am EST so I guess they were not opened yet when you called. :)

      I asked my fiancee if he can make a call for me and i really hope so that i will hear news in the morning. Btw , how long does it takes for you before you get the NVC from the approval date?

      I got the NVC case number 7 days after getting the NOA2. You can look at my timeline. :)
