    It's official: ...received my letter from the USEm in the mail yesterday... next hurdle, medical exam! :)

      Sis/Tukayo, my interview's on June 22. The medical will be on June 6 and 7. If all goes well, God willing, I'll go to the CFO seminar by July 10. Don't worry about the letter, as long as you follow the packet instructions in the USEM website, you can go to the interview even without it.

    Hello sis! Sorry it took me so long to reply... I only noticed your comment today... but yes, NVC sent me an email to inform us that our case has been sent to Manila. I just finished scheduling my interview today. How are things at your end?

      We got our case number from Manila consulate and so now kinda confused if I could do schedule for interview after my medical or has to wait for packet 3?

      Hi JohnAireen! No need to wait for that packet 3. I've read some posts here about people going to the interview itself even without it. But do visit the US Embassy website's section on K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions and print that so that you have a guide on what to do and the things that we need. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html

    Received an email from the NVC notifying us that they have completed processing of our visa petition, and have forwarded our case packet to the US Embassy in Manila. Thank God!!! ...'will be together soon...won't be too long now... :)

      We finally got through the NVC phone line!!! YES! They have our approved petition, gave us our case number, and said that they will send out our case in 10 days or less! So happy! Good luck to us all!
