    Another Question... Since i'm filing the k3 for my spouse, I-130 petition and NOA recv'd.. I need to submit the I-129F petition to the Texas Office similar docs to the I-130 petition at NO FEE.. Am I reading this correctly about the Fee??

    It's been 22 days since CA USCIS confirmed they received our RFE Package for Bona Fide Marriage. Inshallah. Waiting to hear great news soon and planned to visit my husband in Novemeber. I'm so ecstatic to be in my love's arms and beside him again. Amin

    I'm going to be mailing out my RFE Packet early next week.. Would it be oky, if i highlighted important dates or apply sticky post-its so they dont miss anything..

    I received my NOA2 Approval by text on 10/22/2012 and NOA2 Hardcopy in mail 10/24/2012. I received my Case#, IIN# and Ben ID.# and gave the Rep (Pet. & Ben) email addresses on 10/31/2012. Do I have to wait until I get a response/package from NVC before emailing the DS 3032 template? My husband (Ben.) e-mailed the DS 3032 yesterday and he received an auto reply, called NVC this morning and was told not to send in any docs as of yet.. According to EZGuideSpouse link on VJ, it says to email ...

      Yes, a day after your get your case number you can email the 3032.

      You need to pay for AOS a day after they get your 3032. the next day you mail your AOS 864 and then pay the ds230 then next day send the ds230...and wait. You should read lingchis shortcuts to NVC or join the thread Nov 2012 NVC filers

    My husband & I received email from NVC, his Packet is being mailed to him & our AOS bill has generated. We have our docs ready for mailing & he's sending in Original docs.. Inshallah. Smooth quick process to have my husband here with me. Amin.

      We have paid the AOS fee, did not receive anything by post but in email. The status showed paid so my wife has sent the AOS I-864 form and documents by post to NVC. Good luck to you.

    Hello everyone.. As you can see....I'm a Newbie. I have a Question.. Looking at my Timeline Checklist.. Does each box need to be completed before everything is approved. Or only the boxes that apply to me and my husband? Sorry, im so lost.. Any advise would help..

      It looks like you did it right. I cannot see if you have our country chosen in 2 spots. Make sure that you fill out BENEFICIARIES COUNTRY and EMBASSY. That way your questions will flow to the right country portal to answer your specific questions. Also

      not many people see your profile questions. When you have a questions post it in a forum. Click FORUM at the top then click spouse and post your questions and everyone will be able to see it. Congrats on your marriage and Good Luck in your visa journey
