I have a quick question if you don't mind, i just received the visa in the mail, they told me not to open this when it arrived at interview, but it feels and looks like our passports are inside. Did this happen with you and if so what did you do?? I need the passports to check in at the airport and for customs to ship my stuf...

We got an RFE on May 7th, got the email response on May 15th ...30 days ago, and have heard nothing since!! Our 5 months is end of June but they can add another 30 to that when there is an RFE.

Glad you asked that question about entering US while visa in process. I am heading to the stats in March and we have a K1 application gone in on Jan 30th. I think once we are coming from Ireland and have proof of ties here all should be fine! Maybe you would let me know if you do have any issues, pls. Best of Luck, Neetz
