You're welcome. I signed the photos in front of the USCIS Officer. She made me write the new signature on the front, not on the back (I have requested my name changed), no A #. That was my experience during my interview. If I were you, I would just follow the instructions on the letter, that's my personal opinion.

Good morning! My case was this: It's completely true that N400 instructions says to send your passport photos only if you live outside USA. So, following these instructions I didn't send any photos with my N400. But my personal instinct and after reading some comments about sending/taking photos with N400, I took 2 passport pictures before my interview, just in case ... My case is in New Mexico and guess what? The officer asked me if, by any chance, I brought two passport photos! She made me sign each one with my new name (I am changing names). What did she ask me for photos since I have passed my biometrics? I really don't know. But for the next people going for a citizenship interview, just take with you two recent passport photos, either if they ask for it or not.

Hi guys, just to let you know that my interview was yesterday. Everything was OK, the employees were very friendly. I have passed the interview and the Officer said that in no less than one month I will receive the letter for the oath of ceremony.

Good morning all, since my N400 is a bit big with attachments, would you recommend me any special envelope to use? I know that USPS have several sizes and I was thinking it should be a good idea to buy one which supports all my important documentation.

I was reading the forum to change my name in N400. I am really confused. My case is: I am about to send my N400. Somebody told me that this is the time if I want to change my name. My name is Maria Soto Sch___. It is my married name, too long. I want to change it as Maria Sch___. Just like that. Now, I was reading about some judiciary ceremony and ceremony of oaths when you do the citizenship. If I decide to change my name, should I have to schedule a judiciary ceremony in order to change my name? Are those two ceremonies different? I read that the document of naturalization doesn't mean that your name has changed. Thank you in advance.

Why are you sending two photographs? Are you leaving outside USA? I can see in the instructions that clearly says to send photos only if you leaving overseas.
In my case, both of us are divorced and yes, I am sending a copy of the divorce decrees and yes, I will send a copy to my interview too.
I am sending my taxes for the last three years and yes, I will take a copy of them to the interview too.

It is frustrating when you think you have all the tools and experience to land a job here in USA and you find yourself with the reality. I should add to all the good advices one more: Try to find near home all the available job agencies you can. Knock on the door with a good Resume and Cover Letter and tell them who you are. Sometimes they have nice people who can help you to improve in interviews and they must give you tips too.

Did somebody have any problem filling out the Form G-1450 Credit card payments? It doesn't allow me to write down the whole digits for my CC and the same for the month/year.

Good morning, can somebody help me with this? I am trying to fill out the form G1450 to pay with credit card. But when I try to enter the whole digits, it allows me only 4 digits of the CC, and the same with the month/year of the CC.

My question is. When we went to the citizenship ceremony, there was a booth from SS. So, most all of us signed and filled up a form for SS and after that, is it all done? Are we going to receive a new SS card? I have changed my name though.
