    It seems we've hit a road block. My husband's case has been routed to go through Ghana (where he lives). We decided that rather than going through the headache of getting his residence permit there, we'd have his case transferred to Nigeria (his country of birth). He emailed the NVC (with a copy of his Nigerian passport biographical page attached) to ask that it be transferred. This was done on April 16th. Still nothing. I emailed over a week ago, also including the attachme...
