      Isn't that the truth! I am so sorry to hear of all of your delays. We don't always understand why, but God is in control and has a plan. I have much experience waiting longer than I thought I should have to, but all I can say is God's rewards are definitely worth the wait. I pray comfort and peace rule in you and your husband's life and and may they be home with you very soon. Praying God's favor go before you and prepare the way.
